In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be reversed.

5.2 Currency

Withdrawal of funds from your bh999 account is subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification — including submission of a valid CNIC — must be successfully completed before any withdrawal request is approved.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name that matches your bh999 account registration details.

8.1 Sports Betting

• Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. In-play bets are confirmed at the moment they are accepted by the bh999 system and cannot be reversed regardless of subsequent events.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), bh999 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant accounts. Determinations of palpable error are made at bh999's sole discretion.

8.2 Casino & Slot Games

• All casino games and slots on bh999 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are random and cannot be influenced by the Player or bh999.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, bh999 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager. Winnings from malfunctioning rounds are not paid.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

• The Player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate account closure.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the bh999 platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms & Conditions, bh999 reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the account, including Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance.

13.2 Termination by Player

Before closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your verified PKR payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and any applicable withdrawal conditions. Bonus Balance is forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
